Meet Our Director

My name is Kallie Pretorius. I am the director at Kallie Pretorius Attorneys Incorporated.

I completed my LLB at the North West University of Potchefstroom. After completion of my degree, I completed my articles at a firm in the Goldfields and I was admitted as an attorney at the High Court of Bloemfontein.

Prior to becoming a director of KP Attorneys, I worked as head of Criminal and Labour litigation department of a well known firm within the Eastern Free State.

I have a passion for Labour, Criminal and Commercial matters, I am also admitted to appear in High Courts and am able to assist clients in High Courts should the need arise.

At the workplace I consider myself a leader and not a boss. The difference between the two and being;
A boss manages their employees, while a leader inspires them to innovate, think creatively and strive for perfection. I believe that people need a leader who will help them achieve perfection.

Meet Our Office Manager

My name is Kirsten-Anne Jooste.

I am currently handling all of the administrative needs of KP Attorneys. I also attend to all client queries. I ensure that the office runs smoothly on a day to day basis.

I have a passion for working with people, and I am currently a Director of an NPO (In His Honour Outreach Foundation) that assists vulnerable members of society.

I am a hard working person that strives for perfection. My aim is that all clients will be satisfied with services we render at KP Attorneys.

My name is Kamohelo Moloi, I am a candidate attorney at KP Attorneys.

I completed my LLB at the North West University (Potchefstroom Campus). In my years of studying, I was most intrigued by Family and Commercial Law, however I am passionate about all branches of the Law. I chose this career path because I feel that I have a natural inclination to stand up and fight for people’s rights, especially those who can’t stand up for themselves. I strongly believe in fair justice, and I believe that there is a lot of area for change in our Justice System and I believe I can contribute to changing it for the better.

I am well organised and work well under pressure, and I am very attentive to details, always considering the larger picture while performing my duties. I enjoy working in a team and I am passionate about working with people. I strive to become one of the best attorneys in South Africa, and to deal with High Profile cases. I am goal driven, and once I put my mind to something, I am set out to achieve it with great success.

My name is Rebone Mahlako,

I am a Candidate Attorney at Kallie Pretorius Attorneys Incorporated. I completed my Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at the University of The Free State in Bloemfontein in 2023.

As an aspiring legal practitioner, I am driven by a deep-seated passion for the law and its ability to shape and transform lives. My specific interests lie in the fields of Wills and Estates, Divirces, Conveyancing, Labour Law and Data protection. These areas capitvate me because they deal with fudamental aspects of people’s lives, often during pivital or challenging moments. Whether it’s guiding individuals through the emotional intricacies of estate plainning, helping familes navigate the complexities of divorce, or ensuring that labour relations are governed fairly, I am drawn to the human element that lies at the heart of legal practice.

However, my curiosity and commitment to the legal profession extend beyond these core areas. I am equally enthusiastic about exploring the vast landscape of the law, including criminal and civil litigation, as I believe that versatility and adaptability are key to becoimg a well-rounded legal profession.

Joining Kallie Pretorius Attorneys presents an invaluable opportunity to immerse myself in the practice of law. While my academic journey and experiences have cultivated a mindset of lifelong learning. Kallie Pretorius Attorneys has provided me with real-world experiences of how legal practitioners deal with clients and finding innovative solutions to legal problems.
